Traffic Circulation & Parking Analysis for Tremain Street, Lake County [City of Mount Dora] Study was conducted to determine traffic impacts related to converting Tremain Street into a one way roadway with an adjacent two-way trail. Anaylzed traffic and parking on Tremain Street from East 5th Avenue to Pine Street. Project also included a parking study, 2- hour TMC's at multiple locations and tubes counts along the cooridor.
SR 482 Six Laning, Orange County [Emerald Utilities and Site Development, Inc.] Designed alternate phase maintenance of traffic plans for traffic diversion of a four lane divided to a two lane undivided on FDOT LAP Project.
University Blvd at Goldenrod Road, Orange County [Emerald Utilities and Site Development, Inc.] Designed maintenance of traffic plans for intersection improvements of a six lane divided roadway for an Orange County Project.
Harrell Road, Orange County [Emerald Utilities and Site Development, Inc.] Designed maintenance of traffic plans for two lane roadway bridge project including a trail connection for an Orange County Project.
Orange Avenue Operational Analysis, Orange County [Florida Hospital]
Analyzed traffic impacts on Orange Avenue from Princeton to King Street due to a new medical building. This project utilized Synchro to develop turn lane queue lengths and LOS on Orange Avenue for existing and future traffic volumes. This study was used to help gain permitting approval and design concurrence with the City of Orlando and FDOT District 5.
